• other information you provide to us relating to your sponsorship, donations and / or supported projects with us.

If you do not provide us with certain information, we may not be able to process your donation, sponsorship or provide information or other products and services you request.

If at any time you provide the personal information of another person or entity to Lille Fro, you must ensure that the other person or entity's officer has read and understood this policy and separately consents to that personal information being used and disclosed by Lille Fro in accordance with this policy.

You may request access to personal information about you held by Lille Fro by writing to Lille Fro's Privacy Officer at the address below.

Where Lille Fro holds information that you are entitled to access, Lille Fro will endeavour to provide you with a suitable range of choices as to how you access it (eg. emailing or mailing it to you).

If you believe that personal information Lille Fro holds about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request amendment of it.

Lille Fro will consider if the information requires amendment. If Lille Fro does not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then Lille Fro will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it.

marketing and promotion communications

Lille Fro may use the personal information provided to send newsletters outlining news, services, promotional offers or events (both electronic and hard copy) to you.
