Lend a hand helping out at school while getting the chance to explore one of the most spectacular regions of Ladakh.
Join us on a 14 day trip departing July 2017 and witness first hand the difference Lille Fro is making in one of the most remote corners of the globe.
Our trip begins in Leh where you will unwind, acclimatize and immerse yourself in the mystery and magic the ancient capital of Ladakh has to offer. Visit Lille Fro's partner school and experience the children's joy first hand as you deliver letters from sponsors.
Experience a traditional home cooked meal Ladakhi style and take a breath as you discover by foot the many hamlets tucked high in valleys and dotted along the Indus river. A definite highlight will be an overnight stop at Lamayuru, one of the region's oldest and largest monastery.
Then sit back for the jeep ride of your life as we take you over the highest motorable pass in the world to one of Lille Fro's partner schools. Here you will be hands on at school, getting to know the kids and perhaps teaching an English or art class. Together you will take part in a school excursion, visiting a unique traditional working village which until recently was largely sealed off to the world at large.
Don't forget a side trip to the Taj Mahal and Delhi adventures on your way home. Also built into the trip cost is a direct donation to Lille Fro to help support its projects in Ladakh.
