Tamara Cannon is the Founder and Executive Director of Lille Fro.

Tamara brings to Lille Fro over 15 years of corporate experience and oversees the day to day operations of Lille Fro both in Australia and India.

Ian Hancock

Director of Partnerships

Ian is a consultant at the National Strategy Group, where he provides strategic advice to clients on government relations, public policy, litigation communication and corporate affairs. 

Ian previously worked at commercial law firm Baker & McKenzie, prior to which he worked in publishing as Deputy Editor of a special interest magazine.

Ian loves travelling in remote and high-altitude places and meeting the people that live there. In 2013, he spent three weeks trekking through the Karakoram Range in Pakistan.

Ian joins Lille Fro as Director of Partnerships.

Ngaire Cannon

Sponsorship Co-Ordinator, Australia

Ngaire Cannon has been volunteering for Lille Fro since 2008 supporting the charity as office manager and in charge of sponsorship.

Ngaire now works one day a week (volunteering the rest) to run Lille Fro's Little Seeds child sponsorship program liaising with sponsors, our partner schools and staff on the ground.

If you have ever met Ngaire, you will know she is one of Lille Fro's most passionate advocates and never short on energy. We are truly blessed to have Ngaire's love, commitment and continued support. Amazing.

 

Anand Sundaraj

Legal and Compliance

Anand started his law career at Freehills in Melbourne before becoming a Principal at Whittens in Sydney.

Despite being the world's busiest guy, he's helping us translate the fine print and cut through the red tape, guiding us through the charity's everyday legal and compliance issues. 

Anand has been Company Secretary of Lille Fro since 2014 and volunteers his time to support with legal and compliance issues. 

Deen Khan

Director of Projects, Ladakh

Deen Khan is Lille Fro's Director of Projects in Ladakh and has over 20 years of development experience.

Deen Khan has worked with Save the Children in various roles in South Asia and oversees all Lille Fro's community projects in Ladakh.

Rigzin Chorol

Co-Ordinator Little Seeds, Ladakh

Rigzin Chorol is Little Seeds Program Co-ordinator, Ladakh and part-time mother of over 120 children and local co-ordinator of our education programs in Ladakh.

She has many years experience working for NGO's and has a passion for education around women's health.

Rigzin has been part of the Lille Fro team since 2010.

David, Kellie and Kelly

Finance

David Wooldridge, Kellie Francis and Kelly Wang have years of experience providing financial advice and services to both the non-profit and corporate sectors.

Based in Avalon on Sydney's northern beaches, David, Kellie and Kelly are supporting Lille Fro on a volunteer basis. 

Mike Crooke

Consultant - Development and accreditation

Mike Crooke has worked in International Development Assistance since 1981 developing and managing programs across most of South Asia and Africa. 

Mike is an independent specialist in project design and management,  community development, monitoring and evaluation systems and the development of performance frameworks for international aid and development projects and programs. 

He has worked in Australia for ACFID and is volunteering his time to help Lille Fro with accreditation. 

Marion Brown

Consultant - Program Design, Monitoring & Evaluation

Marion Brown has 24 years of experience in international development with a keen focus on international public health education and training, monitoring and evaluation and organisational and individual capacity development. 

Marion is volunteering her time to help Lille Fro develop its policies, procedures and M&E systems to meet the specific needs of particular programs and stakeholders.

Susan Bredow

PR Consultant

Susan Bredow is a journalist, travel writer and PR consultant. 

Susan has been part of the Lille Fro family for a number of years both as sponsor to Sanjay and kindly donating her time to help Lille Fro with PR and editorial support.

Charlotte Warden

Volunteer - Social Media

Charlotte (and Willie-Nelson (dog)) have been volunteering part-time with Lille Fro since 2013 helping with social media and digital as well as volunteering on the ground in India.  

Charlotte has finished a music degree is now studying law at Sydney University.

Willie-Nelson oversees both the lunch runs and the Moral Support Department.

Manish Thakur

Project Co-Ordinator, Delhi

Our project co-ordinator and local liaison in Delhi.

Manish is responsible for co-ordinating projects requirement from Delhi. In particular, Lille Fro House in Zanskar and the Lions Club refurbishment in Leh, following the 2010 disaster.
