Saul is a senior lawyer and strategist with over 16 years experience in corporate law.
He is currently Director of Strategy and Business Development at Asciano Limited prior to which he was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Saul was formerly General Counsel - Finance & Administration at Telstra Corporation Limited. During his 9 years at Telstra, Saul was the lead lawyer on T3 (the sale by the Australian Government of its remaining shareholding in Telstra) and worked in a number of other different business areas, including three years as general counsel and company secretary of TelstraClear Limited in New Zealand.
Saul started his law career working at leading Australian law firm Mallesons Stephen Jacques.
Saul is married with 3 young children and currently lives in Melbourne.
